Cookie 与跟踪器

This website sets no advertising cookies and no audience-measurement cookies. It only uses a few cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work.

This is why you are not shown a consent banner: French law exempts from consent the cookies that are strictly necessary to provide the service you request (Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act). This page simply informs you of their existence and purpose.

Cookies set by this website

Third-party services

The public pages of this website call no external service: fonts, scripts and map backgrounds (IGN map and aerial photographs) are served by the website itself. No third party receives your IP address when you browse these pages, and no third-party cookie is set.

The tools reserved for signed-in accounts are exceptions, because they need more detailed map data:

  • the interactive map of Val-d'Oise, open to property marketers and CEEVO staff, displays map backgrounds provided by Esri (ArcGIS Online) and queries the French public services geo.api.gouv.fr (municipal boundaries) and OpenStreetMap's Nominatim (address search);
  • the property marketers' area displays an OpenStreetMap background and queries the French national address database (api-adresse.data.gouv.fr) to place a listing on the map;
  • the administration area, reserved for CEEVO staff, uses the same services as well as a typeface provided by Google Fonts in the preview of a listing.

These services receive the IP address of your connection and, where applicable, the address you search for. The website attaches no identifier to these requests.

The “Directions” button on the Contact page is a plain link to Google Maps: nothing is sent to Google unless you click it.

Administration area

The administration area, reserved for CEEVO staff, stores two display preferences in the browser. They never leave the browser and are not used for any tracking.

Name What it is for Duration When it is set Consent
details-*
localStorage Display preference of CEEVO staff: open sections of the exports page. Until it is deleted in the browser When an administrator opens a section of the exports Not required (strictly necessary)
admintable:*
sessionStorage Display preference of CEEVO staff: current page and search in the lists. Until the tab is closed When an administrator views a list Not required (strictly necessary)

Audience measurement

CEEVO counts visits to the website in order to know which pages are useful and to improve them. It uses Umami, a tool installed on its service provider's servers: the statistics are not passed on to any third party and are not combined with any other file.

  • No measurement cookie is set and nothing is written in your browser.
  • What is counted: the page viewed (without its parameters), the website you came from, the language and screen size, the type of browser, and a few actions (listing search, viewing a listing, click on an e-mail address or telephone number, form submission, PDF download, language change). The text of your searches and the content of forms are never transmitted.
  • Your IP address is truncated before any processing; it does not allow you to be identified.
  • Your account pages, the professional area and the administration area are not measured.
  • Statistics are kept: 25 mois.

This measurement, limited to that strict need, is exempt from consent. You may nevertheless object to it below. If your browser sends the “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control” signal, you are not counted.

Deleting or blocking cookies

You can delete this website's cookies or block them in your browser settings at any time. The public pages remain available; however, signing in to an account and submitting forms no longer work without these cookies.
