Free support, from the first conversation to your move

CEEVO is the development and attractiveness agency of the Val-d'Oise. It supports, free of charge, companies that wish to set up in the département: listening to your project, searching for premises or land, and putting you in touch with the competent bodies. This page describes each step and the tool on this site that prepares it.

Who is it for?

For companies, French or foreign, looking for offices, a business unit, a warehouse, a shop or land in the Val-d'Oise, whether it is a launch, a new site, a development or a major investment project. Foreign investors are also welcomed free of charge by the national and regional bodies presented on the page “Coming from abroad”.

Your journey in four steps

Each step describes what CEEVO does, what you can do on your own on the site, and the pages that give the details.

  1. Describe your project
  2. Find the right site
  3. Build your file
  4. Settle in and join the network

Step 1 Describe your project

A first conversation clarifies your needs: activity, surface area, timing, towns under consideration. Write to CEEVO through the contact form, call it from Monday to Friday, or request a meeting by giving a day and a time of day: CEEVO contacts you back to confirm the date. For a major project (leisure, logistics, hotels, industry, data centre, headquarters), a confidential form sends your description to CEEVO alone: it is neither published nor stored in the site's database.

Step 2 Find the right site

CEEVO supports companies in their search for offices, warehouses or land. On the site, the offers of premises and land published by partner agents can be filtered by type, surface area, budget, town or travel time. You can compare up to three offers, keep a selection and receive new offers by email. The economic map, plots of one hectare or more, business parks and the town comparison tool complete the search.

Step 3 Build your file

The site describes the procedures, from setting up the company to the first hire, public aid, the local tax rates of each town and set-up costs. CEEVO puts project owners in touch with local authorities, State services and network operators. Foreign investors have a guide and a page for each country of origin, with Business France and Choose Paris Region.

Step 4 Settle in and join the network

CEEVO runs the network of the département's economic players and its business networks. The site helps you recruit, train, welcome your staff (schooling, housing, health, sport, culture) and follow the economic news of the Val-d'Oise. Once you are settled, you can propose an update of your company's page.

What this page does not replace

The site gives guidance: it replaces neither legal, tax or accounting advice, nor the analysis of your project by the authorities who process it. Rules and amounts change: for your situation, contact the competent body named at each step. A directory of legal, accounting and industrial property professionals is offered on the page “Your contacts”.

Your contacts

Public bodies, the elected officials of each town, the cantons and professionals are gathered on the page “Your contacts”.
